AWS networking has now degraded, impacting all of our systems severely. We continue to wait for them to repair the issue. This status page (hosted at AWS) is also experiencing numerous errors, apologies for multiple updates.

AWS is still restoring systems. The majority of our systems are functional, however REPORTING is still offline as the database backing this service has not yet been restored by Amazon.
